Task Setup & Maintenance

Tasks are added and edited using the Project Maintenance screen

Navigate to the client and project for which you want to add a task. Click on the Project and the Project Maintenance screen will appear.

ChronoBeans project maintenance - fixed price

  • To add a task to the selected project, click on the Add Task button and the Task Quick Add screen will appear.
  • Enter the task name.
  • By default, the start date will be today’s date. You have the option to change it using the calendar.
  • By default, the Billable box will be checked if the associated Project is billableĀ and unchecked if the associated Project is a fixed price. To change billable status of the task, simply check or un-check the box.
  • When you are done, press Save.
